Best practices for opening a call for papers

We are about to open our first CFP on ConferenceOS. Any advice on submission deadlines, track structure and reviewer bidding windows for a ~300 paper conference?

A few tips: open the CFP at least 8 weeks before the deadline, define tracks before you announce so authors pick correctly, and leave a 5–7 day bidding window for reviewers after the submission deadline.
